Exhibit Production Tracking Database

Exhibit production at the scale of a major museum project generates a sprawl of tracking documents—separate spreadsheets for graphics, 3D, media, objects, schedules, each living in isolation. An Airtable-based workflow consolidates that into a single base per project: linked tables that share data across disciplines, and multiple views of the same information tailored to different team needs and roles.

I led the initial development: schema design, technical implementation, and the documentation and onboarding that made adoption possible—video walkthroughs, live sessions, iterative updates based on team feedback. We also developed a Miro-to-Airtable sync so the team could continue working freeform in early phases, with initial lists generated automatically and built out further in Airtable as projects moved into production.
